The concept of rolled ice cream originated in Thailand. Using a cold plate, ice cream is stir-fried into ice cream rolls right before your eyes. All ice creams are made from fresh ingredients and cream made in-house to ensure you get the purest and best tasting ice cream. All of our rolled ice cream starts with our in-house ice cream and is put on a cold plate that is below freezing. Some rolls even come with additional ingredients chopped and mixed in with our cream. Within two minutes of the initial pour, your ice cream will be flattened and rolled. After the rolling process is complete, our artists will top your rollie with the toppings of your choosing and as always free whipped cream!
